The hydraulic filter press is mainly composed of several parts. The sturdy rack provides stable support for the entire device; The filter plate is the core component, and its surface is covered with filter cloth, like a fine mesh screen; There are also crucial hydraulic systems and clamping devices. These parts work together to form the working system of the hydraulic filter press.


When working, the first thing to do is to prepare well. During the installation phase, it is necessary to ensure that the rack is stable and firm, the filter plates are arranged neatly, and the filter cloth is laid flat and neat. After installation, carefully debug and check whether the hydraulic system pressure and other parameters meet the standards, and whether the valve actions are flexible and accurate. At the same time, it is necessary to preprocess the materials to meet the feeding requirements.


Then enter the feeding stage. After starting the plunger pump, the material quickly enters the filter chamber between the filter plates under pressure. As the material continues to fill, the pressure inside the filter chamber increases, and the liquid is discharged through the filter cloth, while solid particles remain inside the filter chamber to form a filter cake.


In some cases, squeezing operations may be carried out. When the filter cake reaches a certain thickness, the hydraulic system is activated, and the clamping device applies pressure to the filter plate to further squeeze out the residual liquid in the filter cake, making the solid material drier.


If necessary, washing operations will also be carried out. Close the feed valve and inject washing solution, which can remove impurities from the filter cake and improve material purity.


After completing the above steps, it enters the unloading stage. Stop the relevant devices first, release the filter plate through the hydraulic system, and then manually or automatically remove the filter cake. After unloading, clean the filter cloth and filter plate in a timely manner to prepare for the next use.
